LOVE/HATE RELATIONSHIPS

We all have them and we all love to complain about them so I would like to share one or two with you.

Love/hate #1: Cable TV. Yes I love BBC America and Kari can't get enough DIY Network but I don't want to. I've always been a out side kinda' guy. I was a Boy Scout and I did search and rescue. I know this may surprise some of you but I love reading books and yet I can't get away from that darn TV. The best two months were when we first move in to our home and the cable company couldn't get it's act together to install a line. It was so peaceful and I was so productive. I miss you cable free home.

Love/hate #2: E-mail. We all have to , and I mean HAVE to, do it but their should be rules.

• You must respond in 24hrs. I feel bad when I don't and I always wonder if people got it or not.
• No emotion should be in the e-mail. You can never tell what you really meant to say. That's why phone calls are better.
• Don't ask more than 2 questions of anyone per e-mail. If you don't know the answer to one of several questions then you may not respond. Let's make it easy on everyone.
• If what you need to say is really really important then call. After all I may not get back to you right away. Not everyone has a smart phone!

Now that that is off my chest I feel a little better. I would love to hear about some of your Love/Hate's and If you do I will pick the best one to share.
