TRYING OUT A FEW THINGS

I've been outside today to try out an old lens of mine and a new light modifier, and It's too nice out to stay in all day. The lens is an old 24-70 2.8 Sigma that I had kinda' discontinued use of because of new better things. Well I've found myself needing a second with that range so I figured I'd see why I put it away in the first place. Now I know, it's slow and noisy but it takes a great image all be it a bit low in the contrast (fixable). So that will do in the mean time till I can get a better solution. As for the light modifier, it's a Rogue FlashBender. It's very cool and hope I can find practical, and some not so practical, uses for it. If you look closely you can even see the catch lights in Gingers eyes from the FlashBender. Over all I'm happy with it.
Wow, sorry for a product review but to be honest I wanted an excuse to share this over processed image of Ginger (Holly's aunt). It could be worse, I just got a new Pocket Wizard TT5 and I could have gotten all techno on all of you. Maybe after Sunday.
